About Us

A Gin is born

Bogue Chitto Gin Inc. was established in the spring of 2012 by a group of 25 farmers/investors. Their vision was to increase the ginning capacity in our area to allow the opportunity for more cotton production. As this vision was realized the gin grew at an amazing pace. As original goals for annual bale production were surpassed by four times within 7 years of its birth! Decisions by board members and shareholders has paved the way for Bogue Chitto Gin to be one of the largest gin’s in Mississippi. The Lord has blessed and protected this operation greatly since the start. We are deeply humbled by His faithfulness in allowing Bogue Chitto Gin to continue to serve this community.

It has always been the shareholders desire to have the most state-of-the-art equipment available to process this areas cotton. We strive to provide a high quality and timely service for each of our producers. We want to do that one extra thing to make their cotton stand out from the rest.
